Senior Equity Capital Markets Adviser to join Deloitte

Deloitte has appointed Aadam Brown as a Director in its Financial Advisory business.

Brown, a senior equity capital markets adviser, is joining the firm in March from STJ Advisors, where he was Head of UK and advised a wide variety of corporates, private equity houses and other shareholders on a range of IPOs, dual-track transactions, sell-downs and private placements.

Brown’s recent transactions have involved both UK and non-UK companies including Solvtrans, the Port of Tallinn, Countryside Properties and Forterra. Prior to STJ, Brown worked in the Corporate Broking teams of Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse advising FTSE 350 clients.

According to recent Mergermarket data, Deloitte was the number one financial adviser for M&A deals in 2018 by number of deals worldwide.

Brown will be based at Deloitte’s head office, 1 New Street Square, London EC4.
