Full-service master planning and development advisory acting for landowners / developers on some of the most complex development opportunities and projects.

The group’s offer in this area rests on providing real estate and infrastructure planning and development advice consistent with a topflight surveying practice, combined with the business advisory capabilities of a Big Four advisory firm.

Valuation

Providing valuation advice, assurance and advocacy services across the full spectrum of property types and geographies.

The team members focused in this area have a deep track record in delivering complementary services – such as buy / sell-side due diligence and strategy input as part of a multi-disciplinary 'cross-Deloitte' team.
