The Future of Controls: Summer Webinars

We have now devised the calendar of 90 minute sessions over the summer to deep-dive into the topics you said you wanted to hear more about and discuss further. The events will be a mixture of guest speakers presenting and hearing from you so please come prepared with your questions, examples and be ready to contribute.

The schedule of webinars is below, ordered in a logical flow of topics, each on a different stage of the control transformation journey.

Creating the business case for control transformation, Thursday 16 July 10.30AM-12PM

Starting a controls transformation initiative can be difficult, complex and it can be hard to know where to begin. You might not know how to define control transformation, how to prioritise initiatives, and indeed when to draw a line under phases so that you are delivering incremental change and sequencing activities in the right way.
Join us as we will present our thoughts on control transformation and how the best control transformations have set themselves up for success. We will explore some of the common challenges and pitfalls, some of the solutions and options, so that you can leave the session with some takeaway actions to take forward in your role.
