Stakeholder introductions and meeting preparation assistance for Fanmode

Fanmode has developed an innovative technology allowing fans to generate content in a stadium via an application on their smartphone/tablet. The Deloitte Sports Business Group was engaged to help introduce the product to the sports business market.

We introduced Fanmode to key stakeholders in the sports business industry and assisted them with the preparation of material for those meetings. We produced a road map to enable Fanmode to project manage their launch into the sports industry with more clarity and prioritisation.

We also provided an independent critique of their financial projections and wider business plan.

As a result, Fanmode has conducted meetings and developed relationships with key stakeholders in sport including major Premier League and Championship football clubs, stadia owners, governing bodies, sponsors and investors.
