The Deloitte Sports Business Group was appointed to develop a strategic business plan for IMG Dogus, a joint venture between global sports marketing company IMG and Turkish conglomerate Dogus Holdings
IMG Dogus was set up to develop sports and media related opportunities within Turkey and the surrounding region. Our work included assisting the joint venture’s key executives to produce a market assessment which provided further understanding of the Turkish sports and entertainment landscape. We also developed a strategic business plan which outlined the vision for the business, identified potential opportunities, and produced five year financial projections.
Our work provided the joint venture with a detailed understanding of the market opportunity, as well as a plan for developing its business in the Turkish market.
