An industry leader professional services programme with more than 200,000 employees. The company wished to review and optimise their end-to-end International Mobility programme.

Objectives

The core aim of this optimisation project was to align global mobility with the overall business and talent management priorities. Improving the assignee experience and developing consistent service delivery and processes to deploy talent were also key objectives.
