The opportunity

As part of a broader corporate restructuring, Global Mobility was required to offshore to a new delivery centre, as well as selecting and implementing mobility technology. The client took the opportunity to conduct a holistic end-to-end review and redesign of the mobility programme, including processes, policies and communications.
