Renewing your remuneration policy

Companies are required to obtain shareholder approval for their executive remuneration policy every three years; for many companies this means that they will be seeking approval of a renewed policy in the next twelve months. This policy is likely to be in place for the next three years so it is important to get this right. As companies review current policies we highlight some of the key areas they should be focusing on.
