Labs are built on extensive research around how to disrupt ordinary thinking, reveal new possibilities and incite productive action. The location of a Lab is flexible; we can conduct a Lab at your offices, in one of our client suites or it can be held at a Deloitte Greenhouse for the complete Lab experience.

New to Role Lab
Designed for Global Mobility leaders who are either new to their role, or looking to refresh their priorities and plan objectives. The Lab aims to provide insights to the individual, explore their concerns and opportunities, and create a roadmap of actions for the next 180 days.

We regularly hold multi-client Lab events exploring group challenges that managing a Global Workforce brings. Previous labs include the 2015 Strategic Moves Lab where we discussed the Future of Work, Workplace and Workforce and in 2016 we held a number of mini-Labs to investigate the Unconscious Bias & Developing Leaders in partnership with Deloitte Leadership.
