Our funds reporting teams provide compliance and related advisory and structuring services to investment management clients across all asset classes. This includes investor level reporting such as CRS and FATCA, fund level reporting and also asset level reporting including withholding tax, capital gains tax and transfer taxes.We use global technology to support our teams including bespoke technology for the IM sector that provides single data collection, oversight and analytic tools and a newly developed Private Fund Reporter tool for UK reporting.

Our Corporate M&A tax team specialises in advising corporate groups and financial institutions on matters spanning the full transaction spectrum, including disposals and acquisitions, carve outs, joint ventures, initial public offerings, refinancing’s, restructurings, and demergers. We work with our clients to navigate complex tax and deal issues, avoid tax traps and identify value opportunities through the complete M&A lifecycle - from preparing a target for sale, executing the deal, to post-integration planning. We regularly advise on transactions with significant international and cross-border elements, and work closely with our industry specialists to bring leading sector expertise to our transactional advice.

Our Restructuring Tax team is focused on supporting companies and their lenders through challenging refinancing processes. We also support special situations investors who make significant investments in the stressed and distressed sectors. These transactions are often high profile and time pressured reflecting the critical nature of many of these deals. Our clients include lenders, borrowers and investors in all geographies and industries.
