The Mobile Consumer Survey is a global survey that measures consumer preferences and habits around mobile products and services. The 2020 study included approximately 36,150 respondents across 23 countries and five continents.

The Mobile Consumer Survey is a global study which, over the past 10 years, has become firmly established within the technology, media and telecoms industry as a measure of digital consumer preferences and behavioural changes. The 2020 edition marks a change in the survey, which is now known as Digital Consumer Trends, reflecting our evolving relationships with all devices across the TMT landscape.  This year’s research included approximately 36,150 respondents across 23 countries and five continents.
