IT worker of the future
A new breed
By 2025, Millennials will represent 75% of the workforce, and by 2020, retiring Baby Boomers are expected to leave 31 million positions open. Success will require access to the widest talent pool, new recruitment strategies and finding ways to recognise and reward innovative thinkers.
