Next Generation Digital Leaders Programme

Overview

Established in 2016, the Deloitte Next Generation Digital Leaders Programme is designed to prepare aspiring digital leaders of the future for the role’s diverse and challenging responsibilities. The two day course is highly regarded by FTSE 250 and large public organisations as ‘must-attend’ for senior leaders trying to use digital to make a transformation in their businesses.

Unrivalled in the marketplace, these workshops provide clients with unique insights into the role and requirements of digital leaders. The intensive two day workshop involves contributions from industry experts, business leaders and Deloitte SMEs on topics ranging from managing the transition into senior leadership to harnessing digital disruption and creating an environment for innovation.

Participation

The Programme is exclusively for high-performing, high-potential individuals in their first major role where they are leading the digital agenda for their organisation and are recognised as having the capability and aspiration to progress to a leading role within the next two to five years. These roles are found in a number of functions across the organisation, for example sales, marketing, IT, finance & strategy.

By the end of the Programme, participants have:

  • Developed understanding on core thinking and technologies that drive digital and ways to talk about digital to the business
  • Built their network and gained new ideas from peers and from the marketplace
  • Accessed some of the most respected leading digital experts
