Andy is a partner in Deloitte’s award winning national Tax Depreciation practice with two decades experience advising on capital allowances related issues, transactions, claims and agreements with HMRC and new precedents with HMRC’s technical and policy teams. Andy has participated in HM Treasury working groups on the capital allowances regime to agree an industry wide position for infrastructure clients. Other experience includes long life assets, fixtures restrictions on transactions and eligibility of assets.
