Adam Hart

Adam has worked for Deloitte Guernsey since 2004, specialising in tax since 2007. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor.

Adam’s main area of focus is international tax in the funds sector; he advises from Guernsey but works closely with our investment management teams in the UK and Luxembourg. He provides tax advice and compliance services for funds and their structures, and fund managers. Key areas of focus include UK offshore funds reporting, tax structuring (including the use of offshore vehicles as well as UK investment trust companies), fund IPO work and advice on economic substance for offshore fund managers.

Adam is a member of the Guernsey International & Funds Association’s Technical Committee, and regularly publishes articles in relation to fund taxation.
