Amy is an employment solicitor in Deloitte Legal. She provides commercial and practical legal advice to employer clients on the whole employment lifecycle from recruitment to termination, including in relation to employment status, business protection, terms and conditions, tribunal claims and employment issues on strategic projects such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, relocations and outsourcing. Amy has a particular interest in the Off-Payroll Working Rules and helping clients to navigate the employment law implications of the regime.
