Andy Halls

Andy leads our programme for private equity backed business in the UK. During his career Andy has had a significant involvement on a number of Deloitte’s most high profile clients both locally and overseas. He specialises in advising private businesses that are undergoing fast growth or periods of change; including, but not limited to, those that may be working towards an “exit event”. Andy is an audit partner but has also worked on a number of transaction support and due diligence assignments for his clients and has led advisory teams on IPOs and bond listings. He has advised a number of businesses in the lead-up to and through an exit process.
