Amiya has over 19 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, working across all the major process areas in BPO, from the perspective of client, advisor and supplier.
He has helped global companies develop and implement their service delivery strategies and supported complex contract negotiations, transition and transformation initiatives through to stabilisation.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Amiya has also held various programme manager and account development roles across the globe, and helped companies with their M&A and divestment initiatives, expansion into new territories and major investment and consolidation projects.
