Andy leads on Government and Public Services for the group and has 20 years of experience working across central, regional and local government, as well as the private sector. His focus is in capturing the economic value of wide ranging subject matter, covering the impact of policy interventions, capital programmes, organisations, events, sectors, physical developments and more. He has used his experience to provide in excess of 200 socio-economic impact studies across sectors such as: real estate, transport, sport, tourism, leisure, technology and data, business, health, defence, justice, tax, education, the labour market, the environment and climate change.
