Andy Wood

Based in Jersey, Andy is the Director responsible for restructuring, transactions and forensic work across the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
He is a highly experienced UK-qualified insolvency practitioner and takes insolvency appointments in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. These include corporate simplification engagements involving the winding down of regulated entities and contentious cases involving asset tracing, fraud and litigation.
Andy also leads the forensic and forensic technology services in the Channel Islands and delivers transaction support services to clients both in respect of transactions on the capital markets and in relation to private sales.
Andy is a member of the Legal and Regulatory Committee of the Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts (ARIES) in Jersey.
