Tax Partner
Arran is a Partner in our UK business tax practice and Global Tax Accounting Group with over 21 years’ experience in corporate and international tax, and tax reporting under UK GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP.
Arran specialises in supporting companies with complex domestic and international tax compliance and reporting requirements, both as a tax audit partner and advising companies on their tax accounting provisions, processes and supporting technologies.
He has extensive experience of advising and auditing publicly listed, PE backed and foreign owned businesses, and is a member of our tax audit and tax reporting leadership team in the UK.
Arran has a particular focus on businesses in the Energy, Resources and Industrials sectors. He is the Energy Transition Leader for Yorkshire and the North East, and co-chairs an external business network called the Yorkshire Climate Action Coalition.
