Andrew Spooner

Andrew is the lead partner on IFRS financial instruments globally across Deloitte. He is a partner of the UK firm advising UK and multinational clients, with particular focus on financial services. Andrew is also a Board member of the ICAEW’s Corporate Reporting Board, member of the Accounting Firms & Institutes Advisory Group to the UK Endorsement Board. Andrew’s roles previously included being a member of EFRAG’s Technical Expert Group, chair of EFRAG’s Financial Instruments Working Group, and member of the European Securities and Markets Authority’s Consultative Working Group for the Corporate Reporting Standing Committee.
