Andrew Skipsey

Andrew is a Director in the FTSE Transfer Pricing team based in London. He advises clients on appropriate transfer pricing policies, supporting documentation and dealing with tax administration challenges. He is involved with both Financial Services (FS) and Non-Financial Services clients and has a specific focus on Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) issues.

Andrew joined Deloitte from HMRC in September 2019. He worked in the International Team at HMRC Head Office for 12 years prior to joining and for the last three years was the APA/MAP lead for the FS and then non-FS programmes.
