Ben Bell

Ben is a Partner in the SPA team and has worked exclusively on SPAs for over 10 years. Ben advises on c.30 transactions each year across a range of industry sectors, but with a focus on financial services and energy and resources.

Ben has over 15 years’ experience of advising on transactions, both buy and sell-side and for a wide range of corporate and private equity clients. Prior to joining the SPA team, Ben worked in transaction services (financial due diligence) for five years and in audit for six years.
