Ben Miller

Ben Miller is a director in Deloitte’s Forensic practice with 25 years’ experience specialising in expert witness and large scale dispute resolution assignments, often leading international and multi-disciplined teams across different jurisdictions. Ben has assessed business losses and considered quantum issues across a wide range of industries, prepared many expert accountant reports, commented on other experts’ reports, and worked with instructing lawyers, clients and Counsel as required. He has experience of disputes heard before disciplinary Tribunals, major Arbitral bodies as well as the High Court. Ben also leads the Forensic team considering business losses arising from Compulsory Purchase, working closely with colleagues in Real Assets Advisory.
