Bob Hughes

Bob is a Director in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, with deep experience in HR Transformation in financial services.

He leads Deloitte’s Human Capital trends research in the UK and is a member of Deloitte’s Global Future of Work team.

He has worked with major international organisations in transforming their HR practices, including technology, capability and ways of working. Recent experience includes application of design thinking to the way HR is delivered, implementation of Digital technologies and establishing HR operations capabilities.

As well as work, Bob is a keen cyclist and enjoys sailing.
