Chris Hill

Chris is a technology lawyer who leads the fintech legal advisory practice within Deloitte Legal and specialises in the elements involved in fintech contracting, including payments, software, data, IP licensing, AI and open banking. He works for start-ups, growth companies and major institutions in financial services innovation, is ranked by the Legal 500 as a Tier 1 fintech lawyer in the UK, and is described by Chambers as “an excellent lawyer with great subject matter expertise and FinTech industry knowledge, as well as being personable and easy to work with”.

He also has a wealth of experience working on technology contracts in sectors outside financial services, including retail, digital media and professional services procurement.
