Claire designs, develops and delivers pension and benefit change programmes.
This typically involves supporting employers, and their employees, moving from defined benefit to defined contribution pensions. To deliver these programmes successfully, Claire combines her technical knowledge as an actuary with her project management and communication skills, working directly with employees and their representatives to develop their pensions education. More recently, she has been considering how benefits are looked at through a financial wellbeing lens, offering employees flexibility against the backdrop of financial education.
