Charlotte is a partner in Financial Advisory, with over 20 years of experience working in the TMT (Telecoms, Media, Technology) industry. She leads M&A Strategy in TMT, supporting corporate and private equity clients on M&A options and value creation opportunities.
Charlotte’s previous experience includes 10 years as an equity analyst covering European telecoms stocks for bulge bracket investment banks and a boutique equity research house. She also has 11 years in corporate strategy roles which have included leadership of the network strategy, TV strategy, Ventures M&A strategy and the B2B strategy for UK telecoms operators.
