Claire has 20 years’ experience of advising clients on crisis management, crisis communication and issues management.
She has provided strategic advice to some of the world’s best known and most respected organisations in the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors, both in crisis preparedness, and in response to live incidents including data breaches, natural disasters, and operational safety incidents.
She provides crisis leadership coaching, crisis media spokesperson training and scenario-based training and exercises to executive and board-level teams.
During her career, Claire has been based in London, Tripoli and Houston, bringing an international perspective to her work.
