Dave is a Partner in Deloitte’s Cloud Engineering practice and is accountable for our Cloud Transformation work in the Public Sector. Dave has worked with the public sector for over 25 years delivering technology transformation programmes across Defence, Security, Health, Central Government and Transport sectors, with an increasing focus on leveraging the cloud to transform public services.
