David is a partner in our Financial Advisory Operational Due Diligence practice.
He has over 15 years of international experience supporting corporate and private equity clients on complex M&A transactions, identifying and delivering synergies, operational improvements, carve-outs and restructurings.
As part of this, David specialises in reporting on synergy announcements and bid defence/cost savings statements related to public company takeovers and other capital markets transactions. This includes ‘Quantified Financial Benefits Statements’ under Rule 28 of the UK's Takeover Code.
