David Williams

David has over 25 years’ experience working with clients to help them handle the employment law-related risks involved in managing their staff, from recruitment, all the way through to possible departure.

David has particular experience helping businesses rationalise and reorganise, safeguard confidential information, enforce restrictive covenants and in relation to outsourcing arrangements, as well as defending business from employment related claims, including discrimination.
