David Hoare is a Transaction Services Partner with over 15 years’ experience of supporting clients on complex deals. He advises European and International corporate clients and private equity houses on acquisitions, disposals, bolt-on transactions and refinancings.
David works exclusively with TMT-focused clients, and leads our Media Transactions Services team in London. He provides full sector coverage, with a particular depth of experience in TV production and broadcasting, gaming, advertising including OOH, events and B2B information, music publishing and IP, cable and MNOs and SaaS technology. Although focused on UK acquisitions, David has also led transactions involving clients / targets in the US, Latin America, Australia, Israel, the Nordics and Mainland Europe
