David Williams

David is an Associate Director in the UK Employment Taxes Team and Global Employer Services Pensions teams. He is experienced at advising employers, trustees and members in relation to UK and international pensions and similar remuneration structures. At present, David has a particular focus on the changes to Workplace Savings occurring in the DIFC and related global mobility issues. David also has experience advising across a wide range of UK employment tax issues including remuneration packages, employee reward, benefits as well as equity and non-equity incentive plans.
