David Noon

David is a senior partner and Vice Chair who specialises in leading on complex multinational corporate clients. As a Vice Chair David is responsible for the UK Firm's Government and political relationships, working across Whitehall and the devolved administrations.

In his client work David specialises in providing risk and assurance solutions to large, complex organisations in both the public and private sectors. David works extensively with Boards of Directors, Risk and Audit Committees, and has experience of major projects and transactions in a number of sectors including Consumer Business, Media, Telecoms, Specialised Manufacturing, Mining, Health and Transport.

Previously David was the Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte in North & South Europe with responsibility for day-to-day operations and business transformation. He was a member of the NSE Executive Committee. Prior to this role David has been the Global COO for Financial and Risk Advisory, the UK and Global Leader of our Brexit network and UK and EMEA Leader of our Risk Advisory Business.
