Ed Park

Ed is a Director within the Programme Leadership in Deloitte Consulting, where he specialises in the delivery of Major Programmes. Ed is a Civil Engineer with 11 years experience in major project delivery, comprising work package engineering, contruction management and project assurance for civil construction projects. In his previous roles in industry with a Main Contractor / EPCM, Ed worked on major civil construction projects including the London 2012 Olympic Stadium. In his current consulting role, Ed has recently provided in-country services to clients across the UK, France, Australia, as well as West and Southern Africa, with projects ranging from short-term assurance reviews to long-term development and implementation projects – such as the 9 month development of a capital projects assurance framework for the $80Bn investment portfolio of a major mining company.
