Euan specialises in working with senior leaders on their most complex challenges in leadership, transformation and organisational development. An experienced Executive Coach and facilitator, he works with senior leaders across the public, private and third sectors and leads our Public Sector Leadership Practice in the UK.

Euan has led a number of programmes for senior leaders across the UK, the development of the firm's Leadership-Led Change proposition and has authored a series of articles including The Leadership Premium: How companies win the confidence of investors; Meeting the Leadership Challenge: Building sustainable leadership in the social enterprise sector and Head Start: A new approach to leadership development.
