Euan Isles

Euan leads our Deloitte Leadership business in the UK, our Transformation Leadership Craft and specialises in working with senior leaders and leadership teams on their most complex challenges in leadership, transformation and organisational development. An experienced Executive Coach and facilitator, he primarily works with senior leaders in the public sector. He has also worked with clients in the private and third sectors.

Euan has led a number of high impact engagements supporting senior leaders and leadership teams across the UK and beyond to deliver improved outcomes.
He is responsible for Deloitte’s approach to leadership in transformation, previously led our global research into the leadership of change and has authored a series of articles including:

The Leadership Premium: How companies win the confidence of investors;

Leadership for a New Decade (Lessons for Public Sector Leaders); and

Euan is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and was previously Deloitte’s Head of Responsible Business in Northern Ireland with responsibility for the firm’s ground-breaking work with society partnerships including local charities, social enterprises, schools and with Catalyst Inc, the Northern Ireland Science Park.
