Eoin Ó Murchú

Eoin is a Director within the Real Assets Advisory Capital Projects business. He advises on complex and high-profile international capital projects across multiple industry sectors including nuclear development and decommissioning, infrastructure, rail, oil and gas, power and utilities, high rise developments and technology infrastructure.

Eoin is a Chartered Civil Engineer by background. After an initial career in construction, he has spent over a decade delivering a variety of consultancy assignments. His experience includes reviewing and optimising capital programmes, leading cost-based transformation, assuring complex delivery and turning-around failing projects.He also has considerable experience in advising capital project clients in the adoption and implementation of data driven technology and innovation solutions to identify efficiencies and optimise delivery performance.
