Glen specialises in handling and advising on all types of disputes with the UK tax authority. Glen is a qualified solicitor and CEDR accredited mediator. He has a large litigation portfolio and advises on all aspects of the tax litigation process. He has experience of cases at the First-tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and the CJEU.
He has mediated numerous high value and complex tax disputes and HRCP processes between HMRC and large multinational corporates. Glen has also been the lead mediator for a number of high profile multi party and group tax mediation processes.
Glen is a member of the UK Tax Authority’s Dispute Resolution Sub Group Committee and has also spent a period of time seconded to the UK Tax Authority to assist in developing Alternative Dispute Resolution processes for resolving tax disputes.
