Gillian Russell

A partner for over 18 years, Gillian is a senior finance partner who leads our CFO services in the public sector. Gillian led our Audit and Risk Advisory business in Belfast for 10 years, before moving to the London office to lead our public sector finance business. She has led projects with a wide range of clients, from banking and utilities, to technology organisations and latterly with government departments, their funded bodies, health and education organisations. Gillian leads the Government and Public Sector Industry team in Audit and Risk Advisory, developed and led the Government CFO programme, developing finance leaders in the public sector and is the LCSP for the Education account in the UK firm.
