Gillian is a Director who leads on Strategic Cost Transformation for the Consumer Business practice for Deloitte in the UK. She has over 15 years of consulting experience working with clients to shape and deliver their strategic operational programmes impacting multiple functions, business units and geographies. She rapidly brings clarity, alignment and confidence across a portfolio of complex change having worked with clients across a number of sectors in the UK, US and Europe. Her focus is the Private Sector where she leads the Consumer Business Programme Leadership team in the UK for Deloitte and has experience in others sectors such as telecoms, entertainment & media. Working with Executive Boards, she brings expertise in programme leadership, operating model design and implementation, performance improvement and programme recovery.
