Helen is an M&A Consulting specialist, supporting HR functions through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. With over 10 years’ experience in international HR, her experience includes managing the people elements of M&A from due diligence to integration, implementing HR programmes and providing advice and guidance on setting up new HR functions in a host of different locations as well as handling all HR matters in multiple jurisdictions. With prior experience working as an HR generalist, Helen has significant experience of managing HR across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to advising on complex ER cases, performance management and implementing major HR change programmes to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
