Helen Carney

Helen is an M&A specialist, advising HR teams through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring.  She has significant experience throughout the full deal lifecycle from due diligence, preparing for Day 1, post merger integration and preparing for IPO.  Coming from an HR background, Helen has experience across the full HR remit and areas of expertise include programme management, HR transition and transformation, organisation design and people transition, change management and communications.
