He additionally has lead numerous large scale and cross border document reviews in the eDiscovery industry. Hugo has led a range large scale claims and complaints operations including:

  • Management of a large scale and long running claims operation for a central government agency. This is an end-to-end operation that involves the processing and handling of complex and sensitive claims and the provision of compensation to affective claimants.
  • Rapid delivery of a claims management project for a high profile media client. The scaled delivery involved the full implementation of a claims process within a compressed timescale to help the client respond quickly and effectively and meet its regulatory requirements.
