Iain McKenzie

Iain is a Director in our Equity Capital Markets team in London. He has over 14 years’ transaction experience having worked in several of the key stakeholder roles including as regulator with the UK Financial Conduct Authority, sponsor/corporate finance, and reporting accountant.

Iain has supported companies through IPOs, carve-outs and demergers, and listed and private M&A. His experience spans readiness through to execution, as well as post-deal integration/separation. He specialises in leading and running deal PMOs – working with companies to plan, co-ordinate and drive the various workstreams, and ultimately help to de-risk transaction execution.
