James Berge

James is a Partner in the Consulting business and specialises in Programme Delivery on large Public Sector engagements. He has over 15 years’ experience in delivering complex technology programmes within the UK Public Sector. James leads the AWS practice helping clients to achieve their ever-more ambitious digital transformation agendas.

He has led some of the largest public sector engagements and works with focusing on designing, structuring, recovery and delivery of major programmes. He has worked extensively in client-side roles and built strong board-level client relationships, led teams and supported delivery of multi-million-pound business led IT transformation programmes.

James’s experience ranges from procurement and commercial negotiation through to delivery and working with clients across the breath of the public sector.
