Jason is a partner in London Transaction Services and has almost twenty years of diligence experience on both buy and sell side transactions for PE and corporate TMT clients (with a focus on Technology). Jason leads the UK M&A TMT group and is the Financial Advisory representative for the UK Technology executive.
