Jonathan Gold

Jonathan is the Managing Partner responsible for the Financial Institutions Group within the Corporate Finance Advisory business. Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector working across Capital Markets and M&A Advisory.

Jonathan provides trusted, independent and innovative advice on matters of strategic significance to boards of directors, management teams, and shareholders. He has advised on numerous complex corporate finance transactions over his career, across the banking, insurance and asset & wealth management sectors. Jonathan’s clients include some of the largest European based financial institutions.

Jonathan was most recently a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and co-head of the EMEA FIG business, in addition to being a member of the EMEA Corporate Finance leadership team. Prior to that he worked at Lehman Brothers and UBS.
