Juliet Halfhead

Juliet leads our North & South Europe reward practice and has over 25 years’ experience in advising company Boards on reward strategy, senior executive remuneration, incentive design and governance considerations. She is lead advisor to listed companies in the UK and internationally, as well as privately owned and private equity backed businesses. Juliet has extensive experience of supporting business with the reward aspects of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.

Juliet is also Practice Senior Partner for Deloitte Midlands. This role involves: championing a vibrant, connected and growing business with over 1,000 people across our Birmingham and Nottingham teams; working together to solve the most complex challenges for our clients; and delivering a positive impact on our region and the communities at its heart.
