James Hobley

James is an Associate Director, working within Deloitte’s Global Employer Services practice providing mobility transformation and more broader consulting services to a wide variety of organisations and industry sectors.

His key strengths and experience are in the areas of: business analysis; project management; programme and process creation; service delivery model design; policy review; business travel; and management of both onshore and offshore resources.

James leads our Global Mobility Automation Advisory proposition and has worked with some of the world’s leading employers as they have looked to embed process automation within their global mobility programmes.
